Photography residency | Villa Hegra and Académie des beaux arts (Closed)

The application period has closed.

On the occasion of the bicentenary of the invention of photography, the Académie des beaux-arts and Villa Hegra are launching an exceptional photography prize.

Open to French photographers and those residing in France, this prize invites the submission of original projects engaging with the territory of AlUla. The selected laureate will undertake their project in Saudi Arabia between October 2026 and March 2027, with the resulting work presented at the Académie des beaux-arts in Paris in autumn 2027.
